· How do I access Hijack's menu on the empeg/RioCar?
(Entry last updated on February 16th, 2002)To access the Hijack menu system, press and hold-in either the rotary KNOB, or the (Rio remote) MENU button, until the menu appears. Alternatively, press/release the (Kenwood remote) CD button three times in succession to activate the menu. Once in the menu system, navigate using either the KNOB, or the NEXT/PREV track buttons on the remote. To activate a menu selection, press the KNOB (or CD or MENU button on the remote). To exit from the menu, either wait 5 seconds, or press the front-panel TOP button or (Kenwood remote) '*' or (Rio remote) CANCEL button
Most menu functions utilize the same buttons (KNOB, NEXT/PREV track to move around, CD or MENU to select, TOP or '*' or CANCEL to quit).
